A lawyer registered with the Paris Bar, Ophélie joined the firm in 2022.

Ophélie assists French and international clients, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, on all issues related to intellectual property and consumer laws, including unfair competition and deceptive commercial practices.

She also works in advertising law (reviewing and ensuring compliance of advertising and promotional campaigns for deployment on the French market).

Moreover she reviews, drafts, and negotiates commercial contracts, particularly in distribution law, and assists the firm’s clients in their commercial litigation matters.

Ophélie works in both French and English.
