A lawyer with dual American and Belgian nationality, Catherine works with both French and international groups, offering them a tailor-made approach that takes into account both their operational needs and the legal issues related to their field of activity.

Catherine also has recognized expertise in corporate governance and international contracts, particularly in the negotiation of shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships. She regularly assists senior management and legal departments with their projects involving reorganization and governance structuring, the implementation of intra-group contracts, and their day-to-day corporate law operations.
