Caroline assists French and international clients on all aspects of intellectual property and information technology, whether to protect and manage their assets (copyright, trademarks, designs, software), develop their online activities (e-commerce, personal data) or accompany their digital innovations.

She advises her clients on the design and deployment of their advertising and promotional campaigns, as well as on distribution law, to optimize their commercial strategy.

She also assists them in complex litigation (counterfeiting, unfair competition, deceptive commercial practices, etc.) and secures their commercial relationships by drafting and negotiating their contracts.

Caroline is very active in major organizations such as the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), the French Advertising Regulatory Authority (ARPP), and the International Trademark Association (INTA), and regularly shares her expertise through articles and contributions to specialized publications.

Caroline works in both French and English.
