A lawyer registered with the Paris Bar, Héléna joined the firm in 2023.

As part of the Corporate – M&A team, Héléna assists the firm’s clients in their structuring and development operations (company formation, fundraising, acquisitions, restructurings, transfers, etc.). She works with French and international companies, executives, and investors to offer them an approach tailored to their operational needs and the legal issues specific to their business.

She also provides corporate legal support and advises the firm’s clients on governance issues and partner relations. She is also involved in drafting and negotiating intra-group contracts.

In addition, she has experience in criminal law, which enables her to approach cases from a cross-disciplinary perspective.

Héléna works in both French and English.
