• Audit, analysis, and risk management
Audit of personal data processing and analysis of related risks (impact assessment), assistance in setting up processing registers, validation of internal procedures (customer/prospect relations, commercial prospecting campaigns on all media, including emailing), advice on data retention, management of rights and security breaches, assistance during CNIL inspections.
• Contracts and agreements relating to personal data
Drafting and review of contracts relating to the collection and processing of personal data (joint liability agreements, subcontracting…).
• Website compliance
Assistance with website compliance (legal notices, contact forms), drafting of privacy policies and advice on the management of cookies and other trackers, validation of the “user” experience.
• International projects and data transfers
Support in setting up international compliance projects, supervision of data transfers outside the European Union (Binding Corporate Rules, subcontracting agreements based on standard contractual clauses, scope of applicable derogations).
• Employee data protection
Drafting and assistance with compliance of employment contracts, drafting of general employee data protection policies and IT charters, advice on the use of the internet and social media by employees in the context of their employment relationship and on the management of relations with employee representation bodies in the transmission of personal data, support for Data Protection Officers (DPOs).
